Mecca Bingo Veganuary Competition

Introduction

1.Mecca Bingo ‘Virtual World Record’ promotion (the “Promotion ”) is run by Mecca Bingo Limited with registered address Tor, St Cloud Way, Maidenhead SL6 8BN (“Mecca Bingo”/“Promoter”).

3.By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”).

Eligibility

4.The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and all entrants in the video must be aged 18 or over.

5.Employees of the Promoter (and/or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies), agents, suppliers and key subcontractors and their immediate families (parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents) and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Promotion

6.The Promotion begins at 15:00 GMT on Wednesday 16^th January 2019 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 16^th January 2019(all GMT) (the “Promotion Period”) and takes place on Mecca Bingo Facebook page.

7.To enter the Competition, each entrant must, during the Competition Period, comment on the Facebook post with their favourite vegan celebrity.

8.Entries into the Promotion are limited to one per person. If an entrant submits more than one entry, only that entrant’s first entry will be accepted.

9.Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.

10.Once the Competition Period ends, five winners will be picked at random from a draw to receive a Mecca Bingo mug.

The Prize:

11.There are a total of 5 available prizes to be won in the Competition. Only one mug per entry will be available.

12.The winner will be required to confirm they are over the age of 18 and live in the UK before the prize is awarded.

13.The winner must send an email to the Promoter’s social media team at [email protected] within 7 working days. The winner must provide for themselves:

• full name and phone number;
• address of residence

General

14.The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

15.The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a person either from entering the Promotion.

16.The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize (and reclaim a prize if it has already been awarded) and award it to another entrant if any winner:

• cannot be contacted and/ or does not provide the information requested in paragraph 16 above within 7 days of the winner being contacted.
• advises the Promoter that they cannot or do not wish to take a prize; or
• is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win a prize.

17.The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promoter offer
