Friends is finally BACK for a reunion!
Can you believe it? It has been almost 20 years since the last episode of Friends aired and since then there have been regular cries for the gang to get back together for a special reunion – and it appears our prayers have finally been answered! All six members have confirmed their return for Friends: The Reunion and it will first be aired on the 27th May on HBO Max. There will also be a tonne of celeb appearances (and we mean A LOT) including James Corden, Reese Witherspoon (who must be making a reappearance as Rachel’s sister), David Beckham and even, er, Lady Gaga. It’s sure to be a star-studded event and we can’t wait to see what’s happened to the gang in the last two decades. Are Rachel and Ross still together? What’s Joey up to? Could we BE any more excited?
J Lo and Ben Affleck are back together after 17 years
Have we stepped into a time machine? This week’s gossip really is full of blasts from the past and this one is one we weren’t expecting! Okay, so they are still just rumours, but Ben Affleck and J Lo have been spotted together a few times in the past few weeks – over 17 years after they first called off their marriage. Neither have confirmed it, but we can hope.
All the gossip from the Brit Awards
Missed the 2021 Brit Awards? Don’t worry, we’ve put together some highlights for you:
- The show started with a funny opening skit featuring Line of Duty stars Vicky McClure and Martin Compston and the beloved local council clerk Jackie Weaver.
- The audience was made up of our incredible NHS frontline workers and the whole event acted as a tester for more live events in the future, with every guest having to prove a negative test before the attended.
- Little Mix broke records for being the first girl band to win the coveted Best Group award and dedicated the accolade to other girl bands that had paved the way for them (such as the Spice Girls and Sugababes) and, of course, their ex band member Jesy Nelson.
- Women actually dominated most of the awards throughout the event, with Taylor Swift, Haim, Arlo Parks, Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa scooping up awards.
This #GossipAlert will be appearing every week and is put together so that it will only take a few mins to catch up on the best bits (just the right amount of time to finish your cuppa) so make sure to join us next week!
