Introduction 

• Mecca Bingo ‘Ballsy Proposals’ Giveaway (the ‘’Giveaway’’) is run by Mecca Bingo Limited with registered address Tor, St Cloud Way, Maidenhead SL6 8BN (“Mecca Bingo”/“Promoter”). 
• By entering the Giveaway, all entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the ‘’Terms & Conditions’’). 

Eligibility 

• The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 
• Employees of the Promoter (and/or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies), agents, suppliers and key subcontractors and their immediate families (parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents) and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway

• Entries to the Giveaway open on 29/02/24 at 00:00 and all entries must be received no later than 06/03/24 at 23:59 (the ‘’The Giveaway Period’’). 
• To enter the Giveaway, each entrant must, during the Giveaway Period, send a digital image of their proposal, time-stamped with the date 29th February 2024, to [email protected], alongside the time and location of the proposal, full names and preferred contact details. E.g ‘Joe Bloggs proposed to Harriet Steele in Coppa Club, Maidenhead on 29th February 2024 at 6pm’
• To be valid, the entrant’s submitted image must: 

1. be visibly time-stamped with the date 29th February 2024. The time-stamp cannot be inserted onto the image by the entrant or any other third-party. It must be an automated time-stamp granted to the image from the device used to capture the image. This should be visible at the top of your screen when viewing photos within your phone gallery 
2. be capturing a proposal between two people, one of whom must be the entrant.

• Entries into the Giveaway are limited to one per person. If an entrant submits more than one entry, only that entrant’s first entry will be accepted. 
• Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. 
• Once the Giveaway Period ends, all valid entries into the Giveaway will be entered into a random draw (the ‘’Draw’’). The Draw will take place after the Giveaway Period ends. 
• There will be 3 winners of the Giveaway. Each winner will win one prize (the “Prize”) as described below. The winners of the Giveaway will be the first 3 entrants selected at random from all valid and correct entries into the Draw.

The Prize 

• The winners will each be entitled to a night at a Mecca Bingo venue to celebrate their proposal (the ‘’Prize’’). Each winner is entitled to bring a maximum of five guests to the Prize. 
• The winners will be contacted directly by the Promoter via email to confirm that they have won the Prize. The winners must respond to the Promoter’s email within 5 days to confirm receipt. 
• The winners and their maximum of five guests each will be required to confirm they are over the age of 18 and live in the UK before the Prize is awarded. 
• The Prize for each winner includes:

1. a pamper package to cover hair and makeup ahead of attendance at Mecca Bingo up to the total value of £500
2. x2 bottles of prosecco upon arrival or soft drinks to the same value
3. Complimentary food and beverage for all attendees to the total value of £300
4. complimentary bingo games throughout the evening for the winner and their guests: 
   1. Main Game book
   2. American flyer
   3. Seasonal flyer
   4. Lucky Star jackpot 
5. hen/stag/sten accessories and table decorations provided by Mecca Bingo
6. overnight accommodation for up to 6 people selected and booked by Mecca Bingo. Booked accommodation will be situated close to the Mecca Bingo venue in attendance 

• All guests must be over 18 at the time that the Prize is taken
• The Prize does not include travel expenses 
• The date and location of the Prize will be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the relevant winner via email correspondence but the prize must be redeemed before 28th February 2025
• By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees that if they win, imagery of them and their guests at the Prize may be shared by the Promoter on the Promoter’s owned channels including but not limited to social media pages @meccabingo and named within earned media. Entrants who do not want their imagery and information to be used in this way should not enter the Giveaway.

General 

• The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize (and reclaim a prize if it has already been awarded) and award it to another entrant if any winner: 

• does not respond to the Promoter’s email notifying them that they have won and/or does not provide the information requested in the entry requirements above within 5 days of email being sent to the winner
• advises the Promoter that they cannot or do not wish to take the prize
• is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win the Prize 

• The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promoter offer. 
• All submissions to the Giveaway will be stored within the [email protected] email inbox, managed by the Promoter.

• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 
• The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature for any system failure and/or other action or event which prevents a person either from entering the Giveaway (including if the Promoter’s email address is unavailable at any time or for any reason), or in relation to the taking of the prize or the availability of the prize to the extent permitted by law. In addition, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for Prizes that are delayed or cancelled. 
• The Giveaway is not a game forming part of the services offered by the Promoter. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or to vary the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so by giving notice on its social media channels and . 
• The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. However, if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, the value of which will be determined by the Promoter, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Giveaway wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
