Mecca Luton has just had a total revamp, and it’s going to knock your socks off. We’re getting ready to welcome our regular bingo-ers as well as hosting special themed events, hen-dos, Christmas parties or a good, old night out with friends. And let’s face it, we’ve got a lot of making up for lost time to do!

As a Mecca Caller you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, getting our guests geared up and managing the tempo of play. You’ll get to know your players, celebrate wins and and creating the most brilliant night for customers possible, while providing a professional and friendly welcome to guests.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Operations Manager. To match the exciting new-look venue, we’ve got some big plans and need someone to motivate team members and help realise our vision.
You’ll be supporting the General Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Operational service excellence will be your mission – maintaining consistently high standards at all levels, from stock management to health and safety. Team recruitment, development and support will also be a key part of your role. In a nutshell you’ll be the smooth operator keeping everything running like clockwork.
If you know your onions, shallots and FSA guidance, then look no further.
You’ll lead and coordinate a team in the delivery of our fantastic food offer within the Luton venue. From the day-to-day running of kitchen operations to the communication, motivation and development of your team, you’ll need to be organised and methodical. Think kitchen head honcho meets head chef.
You’ll be responsible for recruiting coaching and developing the kitchen team whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. You and your team will ensure the outstanding quality and consistency of food, safety, standards and service.
Kitchen Team Member
Do you thrive in the heat of a busy kitchen?
That’s why we’re looking to boost the ranks of the busy Mecca kitchen. You’ll work as part of a team to maintain the high Mecca standards of preparation, service, cleanliness, efficiency and food hygiene.
We need you to have a minimum level two food hygiene qualification and experience of working in a busy kitchen environment.

As a key part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all our customers. We’re on the search for confident and enthusiastic team members with good communication skills and a smile for everyone.
Fun, friendly and entertaining, you’ll help to introduce a star quality to our venue. You’ll be helping answer queries, explaining the world of bingo to newbies, keeping the fun going and generally catering to all our customers’ needs. All following Mecca’s high-standards and, of course, keeping a smile on your face.
